Neon Circuit does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The game runs entirely on your device.

What we store

Your progress — credits, owned parts, car build, wins, best lap times, and driver profiles — is saved only in your device's local browser/app storage. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app, clearing its data, or using the in-game Reset removes it.

What we don't do

• No accounts, sign-in, or personal information.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
• No network requests — the game works fully offline.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone, or other device permissions.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
